In August 2021, the Qatar executive branch of Qatar Airways welcomed Gulfstream and their new G700 private jet to Doha. CGT was engaged by Gulfstream to provide Executive Close Protection for their attending delegation, which included Senior Vice President Scott Neal.
The assignment was particularly challenging as the aircraft and delegation needed to remain confined to airport grounds for the duration of the event. Close liaison work was required by CGT in collaboration with Qatar Airways representatives, Ministry of Interior personnel, and airport transportation services to efficiently usher the Gulfstream party around from within the confines of the International Airport.
This event adhered to strict COVID-19 protocols and was attended by members of the Qatari government and governing Royal Family.
